I specialise in the Midrand suburb of Noordwyk, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more strategic location with better lifestyle offerings! For a start, Noordwyk offers great proximity to major highways, meaning that if you live here, your commute is a breeze! I love that safety is a real priority here, and I get to help find families their ideal home in a secure environment.

Over and above that, there’s so much to do in and around Midrand. There are green spaces, golf clubs and parks as well as malls, restaurants and culture.

What are your secrets for helping people buy, sell or rent property?

The secret to my success lies in being passionate about what I do. I make a point of offering every client both genuine care and professionalism. I make sure that every client knows that my goal is not just to sell or rent another house – it’s to help them find their ideal home. What advice would you give somebody looking to buy their first property?

The first step is to chat to a bond consultant at End User Finance. By getting prequalified for a home loan and doing the necessary credit checks, you’ll know exactly how much you can spend. Secondly, find a property practitioner who you trust, and build a relationship with him or her. This will enable you to get the lowdown on potential properties and help you find a home that meets your needs. Your property practitioner will also give you a good idea of how the purchasing process works upfront so there are no surprises.
