While crime is an issue everywhere in South Africa, Chantelle offers a respite. With 24-hour security being offered in complexes (along with reasonable rental prices), Chantelle is a great home for families. It offers spacious sectional title properties and a peaceful way of life close to every amenity. The diversity of Chantelle makes it a great home for singles, couples and families alike. Complexes in Chantelle often offer great features like children's play areas, security systems and attractive surroundings.

What are your secrets for helping people buy, sell or rent property?

I am sweet, humble and sincere and this enables me to move mountains! The other secret to my success lies in flexibility. When it comes to appointment times for viewings and unit handovers, I make myself available whenever needed. It's common for me to be on site before working hours officially start and to leave long after office hours have ended.

What advice would you give somebody looking to buy or rent a property in the area that you specialise in?

When you need to get the shopping done, you've got Wonderpark Shopping Centre right around the corner. There are also great schools in the area - including a government secondar school along Brits Road that's within walking distance for Chantelle residents. Netcare Akasia Hospital is also close to home for any medical emergencies.
